This website is owned and operated by Sande Import & Trade. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the purchase of textiles and collaboration with clothing designers and producers. By accessing or using the website of our service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you..

2 - Products

All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all details are error-free.

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location. Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are fully the customer’s responsibility.

3 - Orders and payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Payment shall be made at the time of purchase via our secure payment providers (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available methods). This is unless other payment timings and/or methods have been explicitly agreed upon, written and signed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 4 - Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5 - Returns and refunds

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered).

Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.

Sande Import & Trade is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping, which implies returns and refunds based on shipping delays or damages are not possible.

The customer is responsible for checking the item(s) received as soon as possible after receiving. This means within 14 days of being able to collect the goods. When checking the items, the customer must see that it is the correct goods, with the agreed quality and other functions that have been agreed. If the goods do not meet the standards agreed upon, the customer must reach out to us as soon as possible through the email provided here: contact@sandeimport.com.

6 - Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We reserve the right to:

Change or discontinue products, services, or promotions at any time.
Limit the quantities of products available.
Refuse service to anyone if fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

7 - Warranties and Responsibilities for Products and Services

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

Products are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated.

We warrant that the goods are free from defects at the time of sending. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us for repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

We are not liable for misuse, improper handling, or third-party alterations of our products.

We are not responsible for any damage that has occurred during shipping; this will be the responsibility of the shipping company used.
